Cashcashpinoy Review: My First Bad Experience




A lot of things have made me busy lately, which is why I wasn't able to update my blog with reviews and deals. One of the things is clearing up my mind with useless baggage ( I really have to do this whether I like it or NOT). I've been having a tough time speaking to myself and making ME understand the things that can no longer be a part of who I am. I should put a STOP, a PERIOD, a DISCONNECTION to this. Simply, my existence is unstable. I can feel myself on the edge of non-existence. Thank goodness, my ever understanding friend has always been on my side, after all the mess I did on the past (chatting with you, always relieves me from pain and insanity. You make me SMILE whenever I'm down.) Thank you Jen!

Let us start with my Cashcashpinoy review before I get carried away and burst into tears now. 


Last December 27, 2011 I purchased a Sound-Blasting Edifier Speaker System using the credits I have accumulated from their referral program, and I blogged about it. I was very happy buying that item and even bragged about it to my mom.  After that, they sent me an email letting me know that the order went through so immediately sent the pdf file to have it printed and make it ready. It was January 9 when I noticed that the voucher is no longer appearing on my Cashcashpinoy Account, so I immediately emailed their support to ask what happened to my order.

Here's the reply:
Hi,

Thank you for writing to CashCashPinoy!

I have verified that your order with deal name "Only P2,310 instead of P3,300 for a 6 piece Edifier M1550 Multimedia Speaker Set including 1 subwoofer, 1 front speaker, and 4 satellite speakers. 1 YEAR WARRANTY! FREE NATIONWIDE DELIVERY!" did not push through in our end.

However it shows that you were able to receive your voucher which means that your were able to use your credits. The best thing I can do for you is I will check with my back up resources and verify with my supervisor what happened to your order.

- We Got A Deal! -!

Somehow, I feel like that it is going to be resolved since I received a feedback within 24 hours. I replied back to the said email and thanked the agent and asked him to give me an update. To my disappointment, I got no any updates with the issue so I sent another email on Jan 31, Feb 1 and Feb 2. Up to now, they have not sent a single reply to resolve this matter. 

Cashcashpinoy has become one of my fave groupon sites in the Philippines because way back they provide proper support and get things resolved. I remember when I bought the "Lipton Baby Carrier" wherein I dropped by their office to pick it up, I was told that my order was not included on their list and was asked to wait for the next batch of delivery. However, I protested and told them that it would not make sense if I'm not going to get the product right away since I'm about to give it as a gift within that week. The guy went inside, he verified the data and talked to his head, then after that he gave me the product with no other further arguments. It was swiftly resolved. 

How is this not possible on email? Is it possible that my emails were intentionally deleted? Or simply ignored? 

This is my first terrible experience with Cashcashpinoy and hopefully my last. Just sharing 'coz I know some of you can relate, though nothing can beat Metrodeal pertaining to bad customer service.

The only good thing is they have given back the credits, but overall a bad customer support. They should have informed me that the order did not push through or whether they do not allow the use of credits on the said product.

A Cashcashpinoy's feedback is much appreciated in this post. Thank you!

  1. I have a bad experience as well. Super delayed delivery of item but the worst part is they delivered the wrong color for the item and they cant replace daw. They have no policy for returns. I am still sad at their delivery mistake and i cannot use the item as the color would not go well with my kitchen.

  2. I had a bad experience with Cashcashpinoy as well, it was my favorite website until this incident happened. I ordered an item and upon payment on November 25, I asked them to deliver it to my address by December 20. The day of delivery came but no item, I immediately sent another email asking why it was not delivered and they gave me excuses that they changed courier. So I waited and emailed them continuously. After about more than 10 follow-ups, they told me that the item was tagged FOR PICK UP. I was so annoyed that I seriously considered going to the DTI to report them (since its very close to my office). I gave them the whole email thread and told them that I've emailed the delivery address as soon as I ordered it way back in November. They sent me an email that the item was already on its way. I got the item in late January already, and since then I NEVER TRUSTED THEIR FREE DELIVER CLAIMS.

  3. One time I visited their HQ and there was this customer who's claiming an item but the staff said that her order was tagged for delivery. She was told that to wait for the delivery since the product was already forwarded to the courier.

    IMO, it has something to do with their site interface and feature (back 2011) wherein it was not clear whether the customer was given a clear options on product delivery.

    Could have been courteous if they did backtrack the email conversations before replying to your email :D

  4. cash cash pinoy has a very very poor customer service. The item i ordered arrived a month late and it was not brandnew! so i rejected the delivery and until now they cannot commit as to when they can deliver the replacement. i will not trust cash cash pinoy from now on.

    3. Thanks for the information regarding their contact no. I also purchase to them last Saturday (July 14, 2012) of Spalding J8 Watch. After 3days I receive the product but the problem was it has a defect so I email them regarding of replacement for my Spalding Watch... and they response saying.....

      We understand how important it is to address your concern in a timely manner. Rest assured that we are working diligently to make sure we reply to you in the soonest possible time.

      So when I research on net regarding their contact no. I spot your post and try to contact the no. you've given there and luckily I was able to talk to one of the staff of CCP and asking for replacement.....

  5. I bought a Hp camcorder last December 2011...with a 4 gig memory card included in the package..but when the unit arrived no 4 gig memory card included in the delivery..they promised me 4 times that it will be delivered at my doorstep..but no avail....magtatatlong buwan na...

I was going to order the LOMO CAMERA worth P650 - until the teller of the bank told me that the ACCOUNT NUMBER GIVEN BY the Dragonpay Corporation (Third party receiving payments for Cash Cash Pinoy orders) is not for payment but for DEPOSIT. Deposit means that the Dragonpay Corporation would not exactly know who paid them while for PAYMENT, they can track who paid for the product given the reference number. Now, reading the above reviews about Cash Cash Pinoy made me think twice if I would still order the discounted Lomo Camera...

    1. hi i read your comment and i need your help pls. feeling ko kasi pareho tayo ng concern. u were able to get the acct# of dragon so ibig sabihin nabigyan ka rin ng reference# regarding the item you purchased and ung deposit mo nalang hinihintay para mag-proceed ung order right? did u push through w/ the payment? and if you are not going to pay what will happen? kasi i did purchase an item and i chose to pay via bank deposit thru dragonpay din kaso after reading this post nagdadalawang-isip na rin ako if i will proceed w/ the payment... pls help naman po...

    3. After i paid at dragonpay and got the bank slip as proof, i entered the refrence no. on the link they gave. Never heard from them again despite follow-ups. And they have the nerve to send you an email for new offers. Scammers!

  9. Hi, I actually ordered 3 items from them to be delivered on April 21. Kapag po ba nag-tag for delivery, hindi na pwedeng bawiin? I read the previous comments. Gusto ko na lang po for pick up sa HQ nila para macheck ko din yung items. I just don't know the process. Does anyone know? Please help. Thanks! :)

  10. BAD BAD experience!!! Do not buy with Cash Pinoy

    I bought a travel deal to Palawan for 2 that includes 2 nights and 3 days stay at a particular B&B plus the roundtrip airtrip from Manila to Puerto Princesa. This deal was bought 2-3 months ago only to find out weeks after, that they book us in a different place (less good-looking resort)and the airfares they got us was in the evening flight (1 full day would have been spent enjoying Palawan, instead an evening flight would mean we would waste the whole day).

    There is no cancellation when you buy so there is no security when you don't like their business. Also, when we asked them if we can choose our own resort since they are booking us in a different place, the resort they chose for us still want to charge 1 day for not staying there. This trip is scheduled in May 2012. Today is only April 14, 2012. We haven't even proceeded with the plan. I told them to cancel everything and I will count my losses and learn from this experience. To this day I will tell all my friends NOT TO DO ANY transaction from CASH PINOY - terrible experience!!!! And I will do everything to make sure I will spread the word ONLINE.

The messenger of your courier did not wait for me and he left without giving my item. And according to our guard. the messenger told him that I should pick-up the item! Can I ask for redelivery?   17. That's kind of weird! Very aggressive people! Are they real clients?? Or just scammers??? Kasi me and my husband are cashcashpinoy fans, and we already bought many vouchers to them! We didn't encounter any problems! I even purchased some fitness items last month, and no problems. On time delivery! So if you have bad experience, it can happen, and their support team is very friendly. The only time we had a problem was during Christmas, we ordered 2 cute portable fans with Led light. They were really late, and we were really upset. My husband mailed them, and they finally explained to us that the merchant didn’t have stock anymore, and they were sorry. I was really upset because i was planning to offer the fans! We requested a refund. They said that refund in credits would take only 3 days, so we asked credits. 3 days laters, it was on our account! When people refund you if there is a problem, that’s n ot what i call a scam!! I got my money back, so for me and my husband, these are serious people. Not like Metrodeal or dealspot!! We bought an ensemble travel deal with them, and since 4 months, impossible to get a refund!!! We already filed a DTI Complain against Metrodeal! So, for us, cashcashpinoy is trustable. More power to them!

      How bout this CashCashPinoy poser attending to emails instead of forums? Siguro mas may mapapala ang mga consumers. I'm sure you filter your emails and just prioritize those who patronize you so they can spread good reviews in your hope of outnumbering the complaints! Well, sorry to say but there are more complaints filed with DTI. You were good..BEFORE! What happened? Your employees left you? Or you were flooded with complaints?

    4. for those who did did not encounter a single problem with cashcashpinoy, good for you, maybe you have a close friend from within or an employee perhaps. For cashcash pinoy,why is there no outright confirmation of our purchase and we still have to wait for you to email us for the confirmation and so with the voucher, which now i'm beginning to doubt. I purchased 2 items from your GREAT DEAL last april 24, 2012 and expecting to pick it up by may 2012. But, i have nothing to present to the establishment except for the credit card statement for the transaction, since i don't have the voucher. So what's it gonna be, do i need to visit DTI, it's just a few steps away from home, maybe they could help me.

  20. i was a member of cashcash pinoy for about year now. last week, i bought 3 different vouchers using my CC. sa last transaction, wala akong natanggap na confirmation email. So i tried it again, and the same thing happen. The next day, i received an email that they will be holding my my vouchers unless i give copies of personal documents to them. ang problema, nagreflect na sa CC ko ung napurchase ko. Sana man lang, ma nagpop-in na message that i have to send docs before i can have my voucher. Eh mas malaki pa and gagastusin mo sa pagpapa scan and fax kesa sa na-discount mo eh. And this is the worse part... After i send an email confirming that i wont be sending docs to them.. A representative from them emailed me a letter template na hindi man lang in-edit. So how can u trust this site sending your personal information kung mismong and nagtatrabaho ay mali mali ang ginagawa?.. I mean, where talking about personal information and money here.

    2. Were they able to cancel the transaction? I have the same problem with them now. Very inconvenient indeed. Sana nga lang talaga they will refund. Baka naman di na nga na-send yung voucher, tapos na-post yung transaction. Kawawa talaga consumers.

  21. hi .. same as the other na nagpurchase sa cashcashpinoy ganun dn ang ngyari i bought 20 voucher of dermclinic promo facial . . nung ipprint ko na voucher nagsign in ako sa account ng cashcashpinoy pero wala akong voucher na nakita i tried to email them pero sa 5 email q sa kanila 1 lang ang nagresponse til now wala pang update kung anu ang ngyari . . . sana give priority naman dun sa mga nagkakaproblem sa nagpurchase sa inyo . . . maghhntay pa rin ako ng ilang days sa response niyo. . .

  22. mam what happen po sa voucher na napurchase niyo? kasi po ung sakin nagpurchased ako ng 20 voucher ung promo ng dermclinic nung ipprint ko na ung link confirmation ayaw sia malink n wala sa account q ung voucher na ipprint ... hindi man lang sila magresponse kung anu ngyari at bakit wala akong makita voucher sa account q . . .

This deal was bought last april 27 and need to book 1week before the scheduled date so we choose may 11 to 13 schedule ... weve give all the comfirmation email to the tours company na incharge for the booking and reservation and i waited after 1week i thought its all going smooth but on the day ive call them and i thought im gonna pick up the air ticket and vouchers, they told me they cant find our names in the masterlist and until today may 10 all bookings still hang ... they told me if really i wanted those dates to be pushed through i need to add some money for the regular fair. and they also asked me to change the schedule kasi no airflight ang naka promo na pasok sa package nila ... me as my self give another schedule to them and also check some flight schedule na pasok sa promo fair , me and the boss of the tours company agreed fr the new schedule na pasok sa promo nila but sadly they checked the flight schedule on the nextday pa, sa madaling salita ung schedule na nakita ko at binigay sa kanila wala na kc kinabukasan pa nila na check, so useless all the effort i gave to look for the promo flight to them. and now they gave me new sched of flight na midnight manila to kalibo and 530 in the morning kalibo to manila but!!! TAKE NOTE they asking for 2,075 per person for additional airfair! what the heck!!! ako na nga naghanap ng promo schedule na pasok sa package kahit hatinggabi ang flight useless din pala ... nakakalungkot at nakaka disappoint nakakawala ng excitement :(

  25. I have not yet received my refund as well. It has been a week since I purchased something over their website and I was not able to get the coupons. As per their email, they will reverse it automatically if they don't get my "Personal Documents". I already sent some emails to them informing them that I will not send my documents and requesting for an update on the reversal. However, I have no luck getting a reply from them.

    I purchased three deals from them already. First two deals were okay. The recent one was not. Hopefully, I will still get my money back.

But the problem was the watch that I purchase has already defect… so I contact the CCP and luckily I was able to talk to one of their staff saying that pwede syang palitan just brought to them the defective watch and wait for their confirmation if kelan ko makukuha… so sa mga nabasa ko ngaun d2 sa site na toh paRAng nagdalawang isip na q na ibalik ulet sa knila ung na purchase qng watch baka after all, wala na din bumalik sa akin…..   37. Same sentiments here. They always have lapses with the masterlist of those who purchased their deal. Earlier I went to House of Glitz here in eastwood to redeem my voucher. They were already starting my manicure and pedicure when the staff told me I was not on their masterlist. I ended up paying the original cost of the deal but I insisted that they need to give me back my money once they have confirmed that my voucher is valid. kakunsume. Hassle na nga mga required docs nila when you use CC, tapos palpak pa. Bwisit cashcashpinoy. Kung alam ko lang di na rin sana ako bumili ng isa pang voucher for galaxy tab keyboard, baka kung anong petsa na madeliver.

  41. I also bought a condiment set sa cashcashpinoy, nadeliver naman pero nung inopen ko basag yung laman so di ko rin magagamit. I sent their customer service an email and i also attached pics of the item pero once lang sila nagreply saying na may 2-weeks replacement period daw yung item. 2 weeks is over pero wala ng feedback as to when nila papalitan yung item. Nagfollouw-up na rin ako twice thru email pero wala ring reply. I guess dapat na nating tigilan ang pagbili sa mga websites na tulad ng cashcashpinoy para wala silang benta at para magsara na. Nasasayang lang ang mga pera natin.

  43. I regret that I didn't check any online feedback before using CashCashPinoy. CashCashPinoy promised to deliver an item early June. If I hadn't followed up, they would not update me about the status. They said the delivery is late, so I have to wait a few more weeks. When their new promised delivery date lapsed, I wrote them another email - this time I did not get a response. I have no idea if they are still planning to deliver the items I purchased online. It's so frustrating that they don't even have a phone number. I am never buying anything through CashCashPinoy again ever.

    I bought Belkin Iphone case May 9, last day of delivery should be June 6, 2012.
    Come June 7, I received an email, late delivery from supplier blah blah...As such, delivery of the said product will be between June 18 to June 26.
    But until now wala pa!!
    Sent them an email yesterday to follow up, their answer:
    "Your Belkin Screen Guard was forwarded to courier and already out for delivery,"

    After an hour, they sent another email:
    "However, much to our regret, the items that were delivered to us as of June 26, are still incomplete.
    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.
    As we are not sure when the remaining items will arrive, we will gladly refund you for your purchase."

    I am fuming in anger!!! incomplete delivery, and they chose me as the one to be refunded? parang cebupac lang? nagbabump off ng passenger, however they want?

  52. I purchased a Tower Bladeless Fan last May 2012 and picked up a month later from CCP office at Lepanto Bldg., Makati. When I used the unit at home, it started to malfunction. So, I sent an email to CCP customer service and the latter replied with the contact number of the supplier and the instructions to contact the latter for replacement of the item. When I contacted the said supplier, he denied being the source of the item. So, I reported the incident to CCP by email, and 3 days later I received a reply confirming that the contact information given to me was wrong. They said they would look further into the matter and get back to me asap. It has been one month since that email, and I haven't received any communication from them. In the meantime, I have already sent two follow-up emails that haven't been responded too. Can you believe this? CCP can't even properly identify the supplier of a product they're selling. They don't respond to follow-up emails. These people should be hailed to court. CCP should stand for CheatCheatPinoy instead!

  58. OMG! so a lot of issues been going on for cashcashpinoy! I am currently having an issue with my purchase - WOW Videoke, I payed for it using my BDO retail banking acct. infact the funds has been dedcuted from my savings already..however I am still unable to validate the purchase due to a technical issue with their website.. according to their instruction sent to my email, after making a payment, click on the 2nd link and enter the reference code generated by the bank and click on validate, however when i did it, the box says reference number already expired, though i havent entered it yet, as the box to enter the code is grayed out. It is been two days now and I havent rcvd any response from them after sending multiple email's. Bad thing is they dont have a phone number to call! It is very inconvenient to get into their HQ to follow up, besides, I do the purchase onle for my convenience. Another thing that irritates me is, the priority delivery should only be 3days from purchase, but now i already wassted 2 days waiting! I am total pissed! for sure this is going to be the lest time I will purchase something from their stupid business!!!!!

      My issue has been rectified, infact, i felt like i was just overwhelmed during that time.. I realixed and understand how hard it is to maintain a business like cashcashpinoy, to the extent that sometimes there are flaws with the process but its just a part of growing up their business..and being a customer, since we ae getting the benefits of their huge disounts offered, we miht also extend our patience to some untowards matters minsan.. It doesnt mean nmn na nilalamangan nila tayu.. I have seen how hardworking they are to address our issues nmn. For sure, they are working for some changes with their porcesses and fascilities to better serve us. I personally extend my applogies to the admin of cashcashpinoy, and also , i hope is would help enlightened other customers wo had some issues with the their business.. Bsed on my experience with them, it miht not be as gud as i expected it to be, pero the way they handle my issue, masasabi ko na i am going to purchase again from them. To cashcashpinoy, again i am extending my aplogy, and salamat for addressing my issue.. And to all other who's reading this post, it pays to be patient, kung my issue, addres it to them in a proper manner, they are arofit making business, ang mga employee nila may binubuhay din na mga pamilya, and it woudnt help kung sisirain natin ang credebility nila in an unfair way, what if mag down business nila because of this, syempre mawawalan din ng hanapbuhay mga employee nila.. Guys meron pa ba kayong ibang number ng cash cash pinoy. i tried to call 9030300 pro walang sumasagot. i purchase 2 Ana-Digital Watch last April 24. pro isa lang ang nadeliver nila.pumunta ako sa office nila last june 21 sabi nila na report na daw nila problem ko sa merchant and on delivery na daw.pro up to now wala pa din yung watch.     1. If purchases are a few hundreds there will be no problem because it's a come-on to buy again and again. Once you have trusted them to make bigger purchases in thousands, that will be the start of your problem. All purchases are prepaid and they can cancel your voucher anytime by asking for a copy of your credit card (front and back)and government issued ID. Am sure like me, you wouldn't want to give them. This will give them the chance to cancel your voucher while they have already debited the payment from your card.

  69. I am a member of Cash Cash Pinoy and have made several purchases a few months back. However,last Sunday I purchased 4 vouchers for the 2D/1N stay at Fernandina Tagaytay Villa for my family and as gifts. I received 2 vouchers in my account but the other 2 vouchers as gift did not appear. I emailed them to inquire and they replied that I need to send a copy of my credit card (front & back), billing statement and a government issued ID. Credit card companies have been warning not to give details of credit cards through emails, texts or provide copies to anyone for security reasons. Now, cash cash pinoy is using this as an excuse to cancel purchases for which they already received payment by asking for these documents. Nobody in his right mind will comply with their requirements. It's like hacking your credit card and stealing your identity. So, i emailed them that I will not send any document. Will just present my credentials when I and my family will check in. So, the 2 vouchers immediately disappeared from my account and was informed that they cancelled my vouchers. Cash Cash Pinoy can just do this to anybody especially those buying in big amounts. I did not have a problem when my purchases were a few hundreds only. Now that it's more than P5,000.00 they are finding ways to cancel the vouchers and keep the payment for themselves. Will just wait and see how long it will take for my money to be returned. BOYCOTT CASH CASH PINOY!!

    1. Hoy tanga ka ba? Syempre ginamit mo credit card mo, malamang karapatan nila icheck as an online buying site kung ikaw ang legitimate cardholder! Mag isip ka naman! Para din sa ating credit card holders yung ganyang proseso. Baligtarin mo naman sitwasyon, nanakawan ka ng credit card at ginamit yun sa pagbili sa cashcash tapos wala man lang ginawa ang cashcash to verify kung yung nangnakaw ng credit card mo ang legitimate cardholder eh di ikaw naman ang biktima. Think first before you make a judgement at manira ng mga establishments at ng processes nila. Basahin mo muna ang terms and conditions ng mga binibisita mong website at ng credit card mo!

  77. I just ordered the NECK MASSAGER and aside from the fact that it was delivered to me almost a week late, its sooo TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM THE PHOTO in their website! What they sent me is exactly the same nechk massager I already have which I bought in S&R. I oredered from them due to what they advertised and its totally different. They better fix this or I will report them to DTI.

  79. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I BOUGHT TWO VOUCHERS FOR ORAL PROPHYLAXIS since i just moved to Makati and did not want to have to go all the way to Quezon City to see my old dentist.I went to see the dentist who's voucher i bought from cash cash pinoy. the DENTIST TLIED AND ASKED ME TO DO A TON OF PROCEDURES. I didnt believe her so went for a second (cost me P700) and a third opinion (cost me P900) from two more dentist who confirmed my suspicion that the CCP dentist was lying and wanted to scam me. I complained to CCP about this since I have one more voucher which I did not want to use anymore. THeir reply? They dont give refund and that I can just give it to a friend. Seriously??? Why would I give a friend a voucher so they can be scammed as I almost was??? In the end, i just let the voucher expire, never got a refund and ended up spending much more than if I had just gone to the another dentist in the first place.

Sa mga gamit naman, hindi lahat ng item ay siguradong 100% perfect, remember, ibebenta ba yan ng mura kung walang problema? Magbasa sana ng mabuti bago mag reklamo. May nakita ako ang lakas magmura, wala naman alam sa courier service. The products are not made by the said company. Hindi naman sila yung manufacturer ng mga sira ninyong relos atbp. Pakiramdam ko kung maayos lang kayo lumapit sa kanila they would gladly help you with your concern. Being hostile never helped anyone. Read up call and check items prior to purchase. Yes Cashcashpinoy have some flaws to name some are delay in responding to emails, items to be delivered not checked properly for condition, etc. Bring this up to them so they might improve. Kung araw araw lang tayo magsisigawan dito wala naman mangyayari.

Na-confirm na ng Dragon Pay ang payment ko I still dont receive my vouchers..Pag wala ngyari naku irereklamo ko sila sa DTI o sa media sa facebook ng Bandila irerelay ko tong mga reklamo dito. di man lang magreply sa akin, o hayan hindi merchant ang problema talagang sistema nila kailangan ayusin kung gaano sila dapt ka-accurate sa pagpopost ng ibebenta dapat ganun din customer service nila..

  90. I bought a camera from them - 5-Megapixel Digital Camera - and never received it. Yung isang order na-receive ko pa, pero ito hindi. "Delivery will start on October 23, 2012-October 31, 2012." pero anong petsa na ngayon, lampas na sa delivery timeframe na naka-post sa product description. Akala ko pa man din mabilis din ang delivery gaya nung isang order ko pero hindi pala. Twice na ako nag-send ng email sa kanila pero isa lang ang reply na na-receive ko - hintayin ko daw. Gagamitin ko pa sana yun sa pagpasyal namin pero sobrang nadismaya ako at hindi ko alam kung may maide-deliver pa ba na camera sa akin o wala na.

Then ang outcome wala umuwi ako ng walang nakuha kasi P4000 pala ang price ng shoes I need 4 vouchers pa pala pra mabili ko ang shoes kasi ang nakalagay sa description is P600 instead of P1000 for Inov8 shoes for runners tpos ngayon when I check my account inedit nila they change it to P600 for a P1000 worth of discount for any inov8 shoes at AKT!V. Nagreklamo ako sa AKTIV bat gnun ngyari ang sabi nila cash cash pinoy daw ngkamali hindi nilagay na voucher kaya dami nila nareceive na reklamo from diff branch of AKTIV nireport na daw nila yan sa head office tapos sa cashcash pinoy daw kmi makipag-usap.Sobrang panloloko ginawa nila.laking istorbo at gastos ko sobrang nakakabwiset ang gusto ko lang makuha refund ko pero di pa sila ngrereply sa email ko.

    so frustrating kasi nirerecommend ko pa mandin yung product na yun sa mga officemates ko...

    poor after sales assistance din!!! kala ko pa mandin ok sila...

They were not able to deliver the purchased item on the said date because they only discovered that the merchant's delivery was incomplete on the day I am claiming the item. Stupid inventory system. They have violated one consumer right which is the RIGHT OF INFORMATION which can be complained to the DTI.

Until now, walapa ung voucher. contacted them thru email (ksi di ko mahanap ung contact # nila sa website). email on Nov. 17, 19 and today. NO updates. Thanks to you, i got the # and immediately called their office. I was able to talk to a guy, kinuha contact details ko, forward na lng daw sa support. I made a couple of f-up thru email after 3 days I felt relieved when I received it but I was so dismayed when I found that I cannot use my voucher bec of false advertisement..now I'm requesting for a refund..I hope CCP will read all our complaints and improve their system and customer service and most of all stop "False Advertising".

I have problem with the Hecky's Lechon deal, the voucher stated their expiration date is december 20, 2012, however, when I am trying to use the voucher last Nov. 30, the waiter inform me that the deal is over already last Nov. 29, 2012. I call up Heck's lechon and inquire about it, they told me they have been receiving numerous call and complaint about this expiration issues, but their management decided not to honor those allegedly expire voucher and refer all complaints directly to CCP.
    I wrote an email and they reply the 1st day of work, they give me a copy of the screenshot of the voucher and to my surprise the expiration is Nov. 29, 2012 and I immediately check again with my printed copy of voucher and it stated Dec. 20, 2012. I wrote them a letter attaching my printed copy and tell them not to change anything on my voucher, this constitute dishonesty in doing business.
    I wrote them 2x already but they doesn't seems to reply my inquiry.
    That's why I am writing the 1st and 2nd notices on my email, readying for my legal battle... the amount I bought constitute a small amount of money, however, the one I can not swallow is their dishonesty in doing business, you can just tell me sorry, our staff make a big mistake in putting the info, I hope we could be forgiven... BIG MISTAKE!

Sabi nila wala daw tao dun sa address na binigay ko, e panong manyayari yun e laging may tao dun at iniwan ko pa ung authorization letter ko and photocopy ng id ko sa bantay? tapos may order pa ako sa kanilang wallet. hanggan ngayon wala pa din. pero nag order ako sa kanila ng cutlery, dumating naman nung november. Grabe, this is insane. parang sudden death. hindi mo alam kung makukuha mo or hindi. Tapos yung live support din nila parang hindi gumagana. I was on queue for 2 hours, 2 FREAKING hours and still nakalagay i have to wait for 1 minute. nakakainis kaya yon. sana mag-improve yung assistance nila to their customers. maraming mawawala sa kanila pag pinagpatuloy pa nila yon.

  110. First time i bought at Cash Cash Pinoy and they failed to deliver.

    I bought an Allkit II Mobile FM Hands-Free Car Kit back in november as a Christmas gift for my dad. Delivery date was December 12, 2012 to December 21, 2012

    On Dec 19 I wrote to follow up my order. They assured me that it will be delivered. But by dec 26 I still did not receive the item.

    I followed up with their customer service they said they will get back to me but I did not receive any updates.

    By dec 28, I followed up again they informed me an email was already sent that the order was cancelled.

    the only refund they offered me are CCP credits (fine prints). cant return my money.

  115. I am also a victim of CASH CASH Pinoy. They were not able to deliver the purchased item on the said date because they only discovered that the merchant's delivery was incomplete on the day I am claiming the item. Stupid inventory system. They have violated one consumer right which is the RIGHT OF INFORMATION which can be complained to the DTI.

    The third consumer right is THE RIGHT TO INFORMATION which is the right to be protected against dishonest or misleading advertising or labelling and the right to be given the facts and information needed to make an informed choice."

    Dapat sa kanila ireklamo. Di ako pumayag na CCP credits. Idedeposit daw nila ang refund sa account ko within the week.

  116. My bf and I bought 4 items thru CCP site. last day of delivery daw is Jan 4, 2013. Natawag kami sa Makati head office sa binigay na numbers via email support nila; puro wala namang sumasagot. nakakafrustrate!
    first time kong makipag transact sa kanila, and i swear, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM CASHCASHPINOY EVER AGAIN.

  118. I just emailed DTI NCR Legal and Consumer Welfare Division about a sub-standard product I got from CCP. They wouldn't give me a cash refund, but CCP Credits which would mean that the money still goes to them regardless. Consumer Welfare Division has acknowleged my complaint and DTI has replied "Complete and is recommended for evaluation and/or action"

  120. Maliit lang naman ang amount involved sa inorder ko na dapat last month pa nadeliver. Hannga ngayon wala. Pero hindi yong amount eh, dapat talaga masilip na ito ng DTI. Ang dami na palang reklamo talaga sa kanila.

  121. sayang,late ko na nabasa itong mga bad feedback from CCP coz im currently experiencing a bad services from their customer service.umorder ako ng item but i've mistakenly clicked the metro manila shipping, pero i've informed them immediately. 286 ang sf for metro manila, 312 naman ang nationwide..then sinisingil nila ako to add 560 pesos..so ang total ng sf ko is 846...sino namang hunghang ang mag oorder na item na konti na lang ang nilaki sa worth ng item. Then now, pinalitan ko ng delivery address for metro manila para di na ako mag add pa, ang reply nung Ann, ongoing na daw ang delivery pero when I checked it in Airspeed, wala pa daw ung item sa kanila. I think, hindi sila nagrerecord kasi hindi nila alam if ano ang status ng items..iba iba sila ng update..at ang tagal pa nila magreply.hays..

  122. Let me add my experience here.

    I went to their office in Paseo de Roxas to claim 3 Ikea items - a floor lamp, hamper and a set of S-hooks. They made me sign the three vouchers after receiving them. I got the hamper and two boxes sealed with duct tape and tied with a string, which I assumed contained the lamp AND the S-hooks. When I got home, no S-hooks to be found.

    I know it was my mistake to not open the boxes and check that everything was there, but, come on. If they were honest or efficient enough they'd have checked that everything was in order before they handed it to me. Sa madaling salita, I simply trusted them to have checked everything for me - the customer. Ngayon babalik pa ba ako dun para makipag-away sa kanila eh P99 lang naman yung item?

    Bottom line is this - mukhang hindi talaga sila ok mag-trabaho. Kaya nga ako napunta sa blog na 'to looking for their number so I can call first, only to find out how bad their reputation has become to many people.

    So folks, best to avoid Cashcashpinoy from now on since marami namang iba dyan na mas ok like Metrodeal.

  123. Wow! This is a long reply thread of bad experiences.

    My first purchase was fine, arrived on time, product fits the description and all.

    On my fifth and sixth order, I bought a Harry Potter Elder Wand and Voldemort Wand. I bought them around the last week of November 2012. The last day of delivery should have been last January 4, 2013.

    The VOLDEMORT WAND has not arrived yet, and I've emailed them countless times, BUT since the customer service rep gave me the Telephone number of the courier, I was able to get a hold of what's happening. Turned out the courier doesn't have my item yet and weird enough, I asked for their number and the courier gave me the personal number of the CCP Staff who sends the items from HQ to Courier. HA!

    I called the number and I said I need my item ASAP considering it should have been here last January 4 or sooner. She replied with the typical robotic verbatim response but she added that's her personal number and I couldn't care less. I need my item and whoever is part of that stupid ccp business owes me an explanation.

    Sadly, unlike credit card transactions, I cannot retract my payment which was made thru 7-Connect. I don't wanna go barging in to their office to claim the "WAND" LOL. At least, let me get my backup from DTI.

    OH, btw, I don't have the item yet, it's January 16 already.

    And don't they dare think they can fool me with those discounted deals. eek. the only reason I buy shit from them is because I can buy those items ONLINE and that not all items can be bought online and delivered to the Philippines.

    Imagine my frustration, I buy stuff from Mango Philippines Online. I breeze through the site adding items to my cart, paying via credit card and voila! 2-5 days it's here. It's sent here from SPAIN-GERMANY-HONGKONG-PHILIPPINES in FIVE FREAKING DAYS AT THE MOST Mostly without SHIPPING FEE. Nasaang lupalop ba sila ng mundo that it would take 2 months to deliver my powerful wand. LOL.

  125. Latest victim ako. Ok naman dati ang past transactions ko pero yung apat na ikea items ko wala pa dumarating. Pang regalo ko sana sa christmas last year. Pinag hintay pa ako sa phone ng matagal. Tama kayo, kung sa ibang bansa nag order, ilang araw lang dumarating na wala pa shipping charges. Dito na sa makati lang galing, binayaran mo na shipping eh huli pa darating.

  128. yeah theyre terrible. didnt receive 7pc make up brush set in nov or dec. complained. said they would get back to me. forgot about it. just remembered today and complained. they said it was delivered to me already and gave me tracking number. i called fastrack and was told it was RTS or returned to sender/cashcashpinoy and they had asked them all that time for my number for dlivery but ccp never got back to them. i told them all this and was kept on the chat screen for 30 minutes while they checked. i said just refund since useless now since item is supposed to be a xmas gift. they said they cannot refund since item is with them and they will send it to me this week. of cors i complained since its already feb when item was supposed to have been delivered nov at the latest dec! terrible!!!!! dont ever buy from them!!!!

  129. CCP is not replying to my emails. I have been reporting an error in the purchase of a voucher I placed yesterday, but nobody is attending to them! I've been buying vouchers from them since 2 years ago and this is the first time it happened. Our experiences should be shared with everyone we know who's into buying coupons from sites like these~!

  130. ehhh mahilig kayo sa bargain at mura.. kaya gnyan ngyayre sa inyo.. kung gusto nyo good and quality service maglabas kayo ng pera.. as the saying goes wala ng mura at libre ngayun..

    at linoloko lang kayo ng cashcash pinoy. tumingin man kayo sa mga black markets. pareho parehong price din. at minsan mas mura pa :-) pati ung mga promos. pmnta na lang kayo sa mismong company or establishment, direct pa kayo.. indi ung dumadaan sa mga ibat ibang third party organization na, wala ng pakialam pag nakuha na ang payment.

Umorder kami last january 3, last date ng delivery ay feb. 13, tumawag kami bago mag last day, saka lang nila sinabi na hindi raw madedeliver kasi walang stock, at icrecredit na lang daw account namin, pero sabi ko ireverse na lang yung transaction sa credit card ko, at wala ako na ako makita gusto sa site nila, saka wala na rin kasi ako tiwala sa kanila, pero ang sagot nila ay hindi raw sila nag rerefund or nagrereverse ng transaction, ang galing no, pinag hintay ka ng 1 buwan, hindi ka pa pagsasabihan na wala yung goods, tapos yung pera ko nasa bangko na nila, at pipilitin ka pa ng ccp na bumili sa kanila kahit na ayaw mo na, pang ilan purchase ko na dito sa ccp, palaging may problem at palaging delay, pero this time hindi na talaga dumating. honestly bibili parin ako sa ccp, kasi wala ako choice , ayaw nila ibalik yung pera ko no!!!! pero pag katapos nito, isinusumpa ko hindi na ako bibili sa kanila

  132. ok naman yung support group nila, kahit na minsan mafefeel mo mukhang nag iisa lang, ang problema sa kanila ay yung policy nila na ayaw nila isoli yung payment mo na kahit na kasalanan nila, so its nice na mayroon ganito site para malaman din ng iba ang puede mangyari kapag umorder ka sa cash cash pinoy, and I hope sa ibang na may masama experience sa ccp, sana huwag lang dito, ako nag email sa dti (dtincrlegal@yahoo.com), and i suggest na yung iba rin, baka kahit papaano maayos yung system nila .

    In fairness CCP credited us back but not after 20 follow ups
    Not gonna buy from their site again. Btw we had to involve DTI.
