Brandsfever.ph Feedback and Review

Writing this Brandsfever.ph review is a waste of time but I just want to share my experience with them. Last March 20, 2012 I purcahsed a Sony Earphones W/Bluetooth Receiver (PHP1494) and Sony Headphones (PHP732) from Brandsfeverph. To sum it up, the total credits I used is PHP2100 and so I have to pay for the remaining PHP126 and PHP300 for the delivery fee.

It was already April 3 when I received an email from them, informing me that the Earphones W/Bluetooth Receiver I ordered has found to be defective (weird huh? why it has to be my item). Hence, asking me if I would like to continue with the delivery of the remaining item. Of course my answer was just to cancel the order since the original price of Sony Headphones is only PHP1000 plus and I got it from them for a discounted price of PHP732 with a PHP300 delivery fee. Which in totality will make no sense buying from a discount sites without getting a discount at all. By the way, all delivery from Brandsfever.ph are from Singapore that's why when you order, you have to make sure that you're getting the best of the deal from the PHP300 delivery that you are paying. In which in my case I did but unfortunate event had happened!

Okay, the order has been canceled upon confirmation. Everything went smooth, until I checked my account and found out that only PHP2100 store credits were sent back. Supposedly it has to be PHP2450 because I have gotten a new referral PHP350 credits. I emailed them immediately and asked why one of the referral credits used has expired when in fact they promised that all of the credits I used will have a 6-month validity period for the inconvenience they have caused. Well, it did not happen and they have been given me crap and baseless replies which seemingly as if they do not have a database to backtrack every transactions that I made.

Alright Brandsfeverph, I let that one pass because it's so tiring to argue with a person who will not accept their mistakes even if you have evidences to prove them wrong. Grrrrrr, but another incident happened and one of the used store credits also expired!!! Of course, what would I expect?!! Same crap answers and it so apparent that they would not accept their mistakes.

What so funny about this is they even insisted that I did not use store credits for the said transaction. Hello?!!! Are you completely out your mind? ROFL ^_^ Woaaaah! Please Brandsfever.ph have time to read "our email thread" and your "so called database" so you could have basis with your replies.

It makes me wonder if I'm receiving replies the same person..... who would want to stick with his belief until the end. Oh boy, sometimes it's not hard to accept that you are wrong :D

Inserted 27/01/2014:
I want to conclude that buying from Brandsfever is completely useless. I ordered twice but none of my orders arrived. The scenario is, you will order and it will take them 2 months to deliver and after they will tell that shipment was already shipped out.

  1. Hi friend. I also find Brandsfever.ph to be a very pathetic discount site with AWFUL service.

I ordered a Casio watch last February 18. As of this writing, I have yet to receive an email from them about the whereabouts of my watch. Yes, those bastards haven't even shipped the thing after almost a month.

I emailed their site twice and all I received were two grammatical error-filled replies saying that they're having a hard time handling orders because of "peak season". Absolutely disgusting.

I do not recommend their site at all. If anyone finds a deal on this site, you'd rather find the same item on another site or buy it from the actual store. Yes, the extra thousand bucks is worth being spared the trouble.

OMG! I thought I'm the only one who experienced such crappy service from BRANDSFEVER PH. I ordered and paid last FEB 12 and my the total amount is qualified for free shipping. This "free shipping" thing they offer if full of sh*t, since my items still have not arrived and its been 2 months now. I have emailed them for almost 4 weeks straight and I have not received any decent answer. I demanded a refund but up to now they haven't replied to my REFUND request. What a waste of time. To all those who love online shopping, DO NOT BUY FROM BRANDSFEVER PH.

  3. WORST_WEBSITE_BRANDSFEVERPHApril 17, 2013 at 11:24 PM

BRANDSFEVERPH is the worst site I've encountered. After 2 mos of waiting, finally I found my order in the local postal office. Only to find out, I have to pay taxes which is almost equal to the amount I paid for. (Item = 2900, Tax = 2100). I did not get the package so the item will be returned back to them. BRANDSFEVER does not mention in their terms and condition that items ordered from them is subject to tax. Also, its not stated that you have to pick up your orders on your own on local postal office. What the hell is that!? What's the purpose of having it delivered if you have to do your own pickup!!!?

I asked BRANDSFEVER for a full refund, but instead they have it in the form of store credit. Based on this experience, I do not want to buy on their website again so I'm demanding a refund on my credit card. To my dismay, after 2 weeks of non-stop email, no reply was received.

WORST discount website ever and WORST customer service!

  4. I have the worst online buying experience BRANDSFEVERPH. Totally didn't expect this to happen in my life. I've been following up for my order last April 17 but no reply or whatsoever just system auto-reply. Completely BS. Those who got cheated by BRANDSFEVERPH should all go file a CASE to demand them. They don't even have a local contact number of their company and their customer support email was all of system auto-reply text. What kind of customer service is that???

Am I going to wait for months for my order? NO. Am I going to file for a case now? Definitely yes. I may not be familiar with this kind of legal stuff, but I will find out how. Just wait BRANDSFEVERPH, I will hunt you down.

  5. OMG, why didn't I google for reviews before I purchased a TIMEX watch worth more than 3K? :-( The advertisement says delivery is 21 days upon expiration of the deal but lo and behold, it's more than a month already from the time I paid for it. Have emailed 4 times to date and only gets auto-reply. What should I do? :-/

Hope we can be united to do action against them.

(two months delay and no notifcation was given) suddendly , after my last email, my parcel is delivered. everything seems too concidence. i am so fes up and i demand a refund, however they continue to shipped without putting a stop to the courier services. i hopr i can just get my refund and i will never wan to shop with them again!

  8. I ordered 2 Ralph Lauren shirts back in Feb, and these never got delivered to my house in PH. I constantly emailed them to follow up in April and May, but all I got was a canned response. I asked them to just refund the money as I had grown frustrated by the very poor service. After 3 flaming emails, they finally replied yesterday saying that management approved to give a refund in the form of store credits out of good will. wtf moment! any idea which consumer protection group in SG could take our complaints to proper authorities?

    1. Make a disoute report via Paypal. If you paid thru Paypal. You have the option to escalate to claim your dispute report after a certain period of time

    1. Hi guys. Im having the same problem. I paid via Paypal. What I did today was to submit a dispute report to PayPal. Brandsfever has until Sept 3 to reply on my email before my case closes. it's either I choose to close the case (resolved issue) or escalate it to claim. I'm still waiting for what will happen next. Hope this helps.

    2. I've e-mailed them a few times, but no replies. I don't get it how come there was no Paypal option when I paid, I had to pay with WorldPay. It would be sooo much easier to escalate this case & ask for a refund from Paypal.
Brandsfever customer service is like non-existent. I wish I had googled this before I purchased anything from them ;(

  17. This company should be named SCAMFEVER! They advertised heavily online to lure consumers, but once they collected your money, NO update on delivery status, NO reply to emails and NO answers to phone calls!! They simply disappeared into thin air! Because of the heavy advertising i thought they were reliable companies like Reebonz and Clout Shop. BIG MISTAKE! They even delete/hide my complain on their facebook post!! It's been 7 weeks and counting since the closed of sales! And according to online reviews, apparently it's not the 1st time people approached the singapore CASE for help, but what have the authority done so far? or had they done enough to protect the consumers? God's know? Else why is this shops still allowed to continue SUCH operation!? How many more consumers need to get cheated before more severe actions will be taken against them!!!!!?????

  18. I purchased my item from BRANDSFEVER last January 8, 2014.. being shipped to the Philippines by January 24 and arrived at the Philippines by February 4 (I was given a link by Brandsfever for tracking my shipment).. I received my registry notice delivered to my address by a postman (from manila post office) yesterday February 13. I dropped by at the MANILA post office this morning to get my parcel (worth Php 2,263) and paid 50 pesos ONLY as post office fee..
So based from my own experienced BRANDSFEVER IS A LEGITIMATE ONLINE SELLING COMPANY.. Thanks! :)

    1. That's good for you.

Me, I did not receive my last 2 orders :( I used the referral credits and paid for the shipping fee. I guess it's better to order from reliable groupon sites here in the Philippines.

I have sent them several emails and even posted a messages on their facebook and twitter account but they don't give a damn! no reply no feedback! if they are facing shipment difficulties they should at least inform us! now, I am keeping my finger crossed that my item will still be delivered.
